Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are managed from your account settings after you sign in.
How often are probes checked?
Free checks every 60 minutes, Starter every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes. Every plan uses the same 3-run stabilization logic before alerting.
What counts as a schema drift?
A field's type changing, a required field disappearing, or the overall shape breaking. Value changes — like a price or a count — never trigger an alert.
Why does an alert need 3 confirmations?
Some APIs return slightly different shapes under load or for edge-case responses. Requiring 3 consecutive confirmed runs filters out that noise so you only get paged for real, sustained drift.
Are Slack alerts or webhooks available?
Not yet — they're coming soon on the Pro plan. Today, every plan gets email drift alerts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard billing settings — you keep Starter/Pro features until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free.
